Sarsha Hope, a visionary and founder of the Somatic Dance International Teacher Training, leads a groundbreaking program globally recognized as one of the world's leading dance training experiences. This innovative initiative seamlessly integrates somatic facilitation, DJ skills, ritual, energetics, and ecosomatics through a trauma-informed lens. The unique methodology not only creates potent, finely tuned dance containers but also serves as a research centre for the feminine current explored through somatic dance.
With over two decades of study in feminine wisdom, Sarsha embarked on a transformative journey guided by luminaries such as Jane Catherine Severn and tantric yogini Ninana Bray. Influenced by profound insights from Sally Kempton and the divine teachings of Hindu goddesses, her studies with embodiment and classical tantra teacher Tara Judelle further enriched her path, integrating sacred teachings with a focus on goddess worship and ritual. Her exploration extends to neo-tantra and sacred sexuality, where she has delved extensively, broadening her perspective.
Deeply passionate about this subject, Sarsha has researched extensively on the rise of patriarchy, the fall of matriarchy, and the retelling of her-story. As a mother of three grown children, she is deeply committed to these teachings, believing that the re-remembering of the divine feminine current will bring balance back to our Earth.
