Our journey begins with four weeks of live online sessions, supported by a private Telegram group. Together, we’ll dive deep into the transformative realms of the feminine soul: the body as a transmission for the goddess, sacred sisterhood, remembrance of the priestess, rewriting ancestral imprints, and honoring our bodies and her cycles. This groundwork lays the path for embodied learning and soulful expression, with Magdalene’s teachings guiding us along the way.
In-Person Retreat (Non-Residential): February 20th - 23rd
In Auckland, we gather for an intensive 4-day, non-residential retreat. Here, we will unfurl new depths of feminine wisdom and embody our souls as midwives of sacred transformation through somatic arts, ritual rites of passage, ceremony, and the Scarlet Codes. Each participant will learn a choreographed Prayerformance transmission, an embodied offering that unites our voices, our bodies, and our shared essence, honoring the divine feminine and Magdalene’s teachings.
Culminating Prayerformance and Film Project at NZ Spirit Festival: March 27th - 30th
Our journey culminates in a Prayerformance at NZ Spirit Festival, where we honor our collective work and bring it forth as a powerful, shared transmission. This Prayerformance will be professionally filmed, creating a compelling video project that participants can treasure and revisit—a testament to our journey together.

Sarsha Hope has a gift for creating potent, shamanic, transformative, and inclusive heart-centered spaces for our soul’s remembering. Fondly known as embodiment portals, these spaces bring people into deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the living, breathing felt sense of the Earth.

Sarsha is the visionary and founder of Somatic Dance International Teacher Trainings, a groundbreaking program that trains highly skilled dance space holders and DJs. Her unique methodology seamlessly integrates somatic facilitation, DJ skills, ritual, energetics, and ecosomatics—all viewed through a trauma-informed lens—to create potent, finely tuned dance containers.

With over 40 years of experience in dance, Sarsha trained full-time at the Southern Ballet School and Unitec of Performing Arts. She has taught contemporary dance syllabus work and choreographed numerous contemporary art pieces. Sarsha has also performed on tour as a support dancer with Deya Dova and Drumspyder, further enriching her deep understanding of dance as a vehicle for storytelling and transformation.

Sarsha’s work is infused with her passion for feminine archetypes, embodiment practices, and eco-somatics (the relationship between our own bodies and the body of the Earth). A devoted midwife of the soul, she guides others to honor cycles, seasons, and the wisdom of the sacred feminine. Through her offerings, including the Scarlet Codes, she shares powerful teachings that weave prayer, ceremony, transmission, and the erotic innocence of embodied movement.
