Sarsha is an embodied, passionate soulful teacher, who has been teaching Yoga for over 15 years. Her classes blend together the best elements of hatha, vinyasa, mindfulness, embodiment practices and philosophy. Her classes are strong yet grounded, guiding her students on a journey that takes them into meditative states and a deeper understating of themselves, their bodies and the way they show up in their lives. Sarsha balances this with an encouragement to play, explore and most importantly have fun..
