Are you living your best life possible?

I grew up hiding away from the world and struggled with feeling inadequate, not beautiful enough, not smart enough, not slim enough, not worthy; basically just not feeling that I was good enough for anything good in my life.

Deep in my heart I knew that these were just limiting thought patterns that were programmed deep in to my mind and body. My higher self also knew that I could break free from these self-sabotaging patterns to learn to fully love and accept myself, imperfections, all.

Dance, Yoga, Meditation and Theta Healing have transformed my life. When I stepped into my first Yoga class in Queenstown in 1997, I didn’t realize that over time I would discover a whole new way of being in my body and being in the world. Over the years with these practices I saw more of my life blossom and I have moved from being a victim to having a deep sense of joy and gratitude for life.

I now love sharing what I have learned from my many teachers and the ultimate teacher, life its self. I facilitate Ecstatic Dance classes and have a Theta Healing practice at Nadi Wellbeing Centre in Queenstown. I lead alignment based, breath centered, self inquiry focused Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga classes, workshops and retreats in Queenstown and New Plymouth.

I create a welcoming, safe, caring space for people to wake them selves up to there own exquisite magnificence of their, bodies, minds and souls.

And with that lens I ask you, what is the one thing that you can begin to say to your self right now, just as you are that is more loving and accepting of you?
